Since 4th july 3.30 pm to to till time, no internet service provide by your team and no satisfactory answer given by customer care. Every time the give false comment and give wrong answer. Yesterday I was call, they says this is the falt is at my local area , but no executive plan to visit my home. What is my fault. In every week 8 to 10 is is down. I am not able to do my work, or my daughters are not able there study properly. I totally loss my money and my childrens education reason is airtel service. I think is is my wrong decision to connect with airtel.
I have call recording Between me and a senior customer care executive the Name is like mohit Or else told me the problem center is bhopal and my connection base is Bahadur Garh Haryana. I think I will thro out the connection from my home and never recommend to connect with airtel to my family and friends circle.
I do not know what to do now.
