On Monday 16 December 2024, we attended Endoscopy unit (on level 5) of M. M. College of Medical Sciences & Research, Ambala Chandigarh highway, Sadopur, Ambala- 134007, India.

We were asked to meet with a gastroentologist, who Refused to provide any name, nor business- card (I. E. No professional accountability, No unique identifier, herein referred to as “AG” – Abusive Gastroentologist).

AG was verbally abusive, continued to repeated interrupt us (inspite of our repeated, polite requests to him to Cease and Desist from doing so) when we endeavored to answer his asked questions.
(4)
AG provided us an incorrect diagnosis, and was incompetent.
AG was publicly yelling at us, and evidenced poor communication skills, an unprofessional , belligerent, and bad attitude; ineffective listening skills.
(5)
AG was disrespectful to elderly patients, and acted as though he was doing us a favor by taking our money (given that we paid for medical services).
