Dear sir,
I am Venkat from Hosur. Yesterday I booked my ticket through red bus, Ticket no:TT9Q27281202, Pnr no;1433004, Bangalore to Kazipat, but it was driver’s careless mistake, bus missed in pickup point, very worst service, how can money be refund from Sri Thulasi Travels. Please explain. In this case who will be responsible person in Bangalore office, really very fed up. Additionally, I have some proof in my phone regarding arrival time of the bus pickup point.
