We bought Panasonic’s TV 7 years ago, today there were some issues in the TV, we called the customer care for service, they heard the complaint and gave a complaint number but the issue was not solved, we called again the next day, they again asked for all the information, we told again, then asked to edit the address in it, but they still did not solve the problem and talked very rudely. If you do not call here again, then our question is whether we complain or not and if we do not do then we will not take and will not refer to the next one too.
