I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order experience in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I had placed an order for Amul butter, but unfortunately, the product I received was expired.
I promptly reached out to your customer care, and while I appreciate the replacement sent, the second delivery also contained an expired Amul butter. This has been quite frustrating, as I expect fresh and safe products when ordering from Blinkit.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I hope to see swift action taken to prevent any further inconvenience.
