Double payment related issue


I booked a taxi from Jaipur on 27 April at 10:27 am for marudhar hospital. My driver are tell me for online payment or i did it but during journey payment is deducted from my Amazon account but not received by driver so hi said me for upi payment now i did UPI payment on there provided qr code. After dropping i get in hospital and i see in hospital my both payment are completed , after it i call the driver for confirming it and he said i checked my account or inform back but he not confirmed it till 2 hours after all i again call the driver and said all which happened he blocked my number or not contact still now.
I have both transaction details in my account history of Amazon pay and Airtel bank UPI.

Help me to refund my one payment
