Driver Taken cash and by Phone pay


on 22-04-24 hired ur Ola CRN 8253956680 dated 22-04-24 Driver Virender Kumar Yadav Desire white hired for Rs 290. at 6-49p.m. to Raddison hotel Mahipal pur.Taken cash and by Phone pay.
When the trip was completed Driver told me to pay by Phonepe app instead of cash. I paid by App. As the payment was not completed for 2 minutes driver started misbehaving with me and told me to pay cash as payment on Phonepe was not completed. So I paid him cash. He left after taking the money.
Immediately after that I checked and found that the payment was done successfully by App to Driver Virender Kumar Yadav.
Now I request you to Please refund My Rs 290 which was paid Twice in my app.
