I have been trying to do “Book a Repair” in Realme Care app to claim my offer One tIme free screen replacement since I purchased my device Realme GT 6 from Realme Store app. It’s been two weeks I am trying to book a Repair and also visited My st thorised Service centre (Which is also 45Km away from me) and nothing happens. It shows an error of “Sorry your request can’t be raised” . Tried to contact customer support through Chat & Email but nothing helps.
