I have Paid Rs 1234 to get New connection as advised by Jio manager Mr Pandian Contact Number for my new house @ 13th Street Balaji Nagar Adambakkam Chennai 600088. Booking done on 7th Feb. Till now connection NOT provided.
For my immediate requirement approached JIO. Either provide the same immediately or REFIND the amount
