I paid for delivery charges along with the replacement charges on Saturday 31st August 2024, I got message on Wednesday that order is complete and ready for pickup from store, but as I have paid for delivery at home, I didn’t receive the same as of today i.e. 11th September 2024, I am a working woman, and it is becoming really hard to work without spectacles, leaving effect on my productivity, I escalated the matter at toll free number too and I was made assured to get the delivery within 24 hours but that time also lapsed. Very poor service, feeling disappointed.
