I am writing to urgently request further service and resolution for my HONDA SP125. I purchased this bike in August/September 2023, and it has only covered approximately 8,000 km. Recently, I have encountered significant issues that have not been resolved, and I am experiencing a serious problem with the bike’s performance.
On 29th July 2024, I had my third free service under warranty. During this service, issues with the “Fuel Filter and Air Filter” were identified, and their replacement was recommended. While I am concerned about the premature need for these replacements, my primary issue now is the bike’s performance.
I have been experiencing a recurring problem where the bike produces a sudden “jatka” or jolt while driving. This issue severely impacts the bike’s performance and safety. Despite previous attempts to address this problem, it continues to occur.
I kindly request that you arrange for a thorough inspection and service of my bike to address the following:
Persistent Jatka/Jolt Issue: The bike continues to experience a jolt while driving, which needs to be resolved immediately.
Overall Performance: I request a comprehensive check-up to ensure that all potential issues are addressed to prevent further problems.
Given the urgency of the situation and the impact on my safety, I would appreciate a prompt response and immediate action to resolve these issues. Please arrange for a service appointment at your earliest convenience and ensure that the bike is thoroughly checked to restore its optimal performance.
