Hi I booked through EasyMyTrip.AE with my confirmation no: EMTAE2897525 and my regd email id is Yamunas67@gmail.com.
I get a mail 1 hour after I book from some Sweta from EasyMyTrip stating that my booking is not yet confirmed and may be cancelled automatically owing to a fare difference. I tried contacting your UAE cust support number +971 43035888 and have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes without anyone coming online to handle my query for confirmation.
The fare difference quoted by your cust service office through email is more than 100% of the initial booking amount that I paid through my credit card !!!
I tried contacting EaseMyTrip through the whatsapp message that I received from them (on my number +91 7022538787. I tried contacting through whatsapp on the same message that I received. but i could not get through to anyone. It kept repeating the message that my email id is unrecognizable.
Am appalled at the customer service provided by your organization. Probably there is a need to change the corporate name of the entity…….it is far from ‘Easemy Trip’…….it is actually creating lots of hardship in my trip.
