Sir,
I have purchased a Bolero Neo N10 car in April 2024.Total Km covered as on 15/10/2024 is 2486 Km .On 15/12024 during running condition it has been observed that OBD glowing at dash board. I have approached the Mahindra Service Centre near me M/s AUTO CARRIAGE PVT. LTD. for rectification.
Job Card No.- RO25E001745,dated 17/10/2024 at 18:09
Expected delivery date- 18/10/2024.
But till today 24/10/2024 said the problem has not been rectified for delivery.As per information from workshop advisor, workshop is still clueless regarding said defect.
As the vehicle was purchased just six(6) months ago & the defect is too severe to rectify within 8 days and still persist,then it may be assumed that it is a manufacturing defect.
How long shall I have to wait? Customer’s suffering only after purchasing a car for six months !
I’m using a rental car whereas my 6 months old car is at Mahindra workshop with a clueless defect.May I not expect a better solution from the end of Mahindra Auto Company at earliest?
I shall be very much obliged to you if you consider the matter and do the needful.
