Subject: Complaint Regarding OYO Booking ID WU4A3038 – OYO Happy Journey Hotel, Patna
Dear Ritesh Agarwal sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking (Booking ID: WU4A3038) at OYO Happy Journey Hotel in Patna. I had booked a classic room, and due to my train being delayed, I checked in at 10:50 PM. Upon entering Room 105, I noticed the following issues:
1.The lock on the door was broken.
2.The mirror in the room was broken.
3.There was no hand wash or soap in the bathroom.
4.The bedsheet provided was not the standard white bedsheet.
5.No water was provided in the room.
6.The window glasses were broken.
7.The Wi-Fi password provided did not work.
I politely requested a room change, but I was informed that only one room was available. The staff spoke to me rudely and suggested that I cancel my booking and move to another hotel, despite knowing that it was late at night and I had no other options.
I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the poor maintenance by your team. If this is the standard of a classic room, it reflects very poorly on your services.
I will attach all the photos and videos, please check those.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to book with OYO again, and I will advise others to avoid OYO as well.
