I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the service of my vehicle, Mahindra SUV 500 FWD (Vehicle No: AP36AY3366), which was sent to Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited for servicing.
During my visit, I specifically mentioned that my vehicle was displaying malfunction lamps on the dashboard and emphasized the importance of scanning and clearing the error codes. Unfortunately, despite my clear instructions, the requested work was not carried out. Instead, only a general service for 1 lakh kilometres was performed.
Today, while driving to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, to pick up my family, my vehicle broke down. The engine started making noise, and all the malfunction lamps on the dashboard began glowing again. This is the same issue I had reported earlier. The vehicle would not start, leaving me stranded.
I had to have my vehicle towed and it is now parked at my residence at Banjara Hills, Road No. 12, Hyderabad.
I kindly request that you send a technician to my residence along with the necessary scanner to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
