Today I was traveling by Sevagram Express (12140 ) from Nagpur to Nashik, while the RAC seat was confirmed, two passengers on the same seat were given only one blanket and one pillow. If railways charge full amount then why provide partial facilities.
Why do they provide only one blanket and one pillow if they have RAC ticket in Ac coach? What should the other passenger do? Should be in the cold? Is there such a rule?
