After the discussion about 1.3 megawatts you gave me a quotation on the date 9/10/23 (REF:PLSIND/FY23-24/SPV201/RFQ051). We raised a PO on(10/11/23) HPS 23-24/043 .We have released an advance payment of 25 lakhs,then the project was under problem due to land issues by the local people and the project was stopped. Also I had an accident. Later I spoke to kastromani sir on 07/10/2024 for the rooftop project, then he told me that the advance of 25 lakhs got freezed, i was shocked ,then i spoke to mr. reneesh, he told me that only 2% of advance will be deducted if the buyer cannot place the order. Then I spoke to mr. murali ,he did not give any proper response.Sir, we would like to know ,have you mentioned this in terms and conditions in the quotation. we spoke with Mr.reneesh he told us ,if they not mentioned in terms and conditions they cannot freeze the advance.
