I had bought a AC on 28th April and its been 10 days and also the Chroma store service is equally bad – people dont give a response. They have this one answer which is Voltage guys are responding – if you are selling a brand you cant wash away saying they are not responding – its your business to take care and ensure that installation happens – customers should be given a choice paying 50% only after installation – here we pay the whole amount and are stuck with the pathetic service whether its chroma or voltas – either – am planning to take this up in Social media now
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHROMA OUR EXPerience is not just from AC for other products also which we went to buy but walked away from because of the poor attention of the staff across in city phase 1 store – pathetic wish i hd gone to reliance
