The staff at Smart Bazaar Raigarh who billed our items was very arrogant. We had smart points and even while billing he didnt mention anything. After billing process, when asked about points redemption, he arrogantly spoke saying you should have mentioned. Else u can complain to manager or customer care number given. We simply asked about why not adding the points he said its like that if u want we should inform them else it forget it.
We were surprised how he handled the customer who was asking about points..
This was clearly captured how arrogantly spoke to us in the CCTV installed in the shop.
