How to File a Complaint of JioMart?

According to JioMart’s customer service policy, the complaint resolution mechanism is divided into 3 levels. If your submitted complaint is unresolved at level 1, escalate it to the next level.

Grievance Redressal:

Registration Fee No Charges
Resolution Period Up to 30 days (It may vary, please refer to JioMart’s customer service policy for specific details)
Return/Refund Period* Within 24 hours (for perishable goods) and 7 days (for other goods)

*Read the refund and cancellation policy of JioMart for specific return/refund period

2 Levels of Lodging Complaint:

  • Level 1: Customer Support, JioMart
    • Toll-free number
    • Email/WhatsApp
    • Online complaint registration
  • Level 2: Customer Service Head, JioMart
  • Level 3: Grievance Officer, JioMart

Please Note: If you are not satisfied with the final resolution provided by JioMart, you have the option to lodge a consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NACH) for arbitration and the Consumer Commission (NCDRC) for compensation.

Alternatively, customers may initiate an arbitration process with the company to resolve the dispute internally by using the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism provided by JioMart.


Level 1: Customer Service, JioMart

At this level, if you face any problems with JioMart, such as issues with online grocery/product orders, delivery delays, subscriptions for fresh fruits, vegetables, or milk, or payment-related concerns, you can reach out to the customer service team through the toll-free number, email, or WhatsApp.

Moreover, you may submit your complaint online for faster redressal. When talking to their customer service representatives, make sure to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Nature of your complaint
  • Describe the problem along with your order ID.

Not resolved or dissatisfied with the final response of customer service? You can escalate the complaint to the Customer Service Head (CS Head) at JioMart.

Please note:  You can complain to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) about the quality of foods sold by JioMart and its partnered retailers.

File an Online Complaint

For quicker problem-solving, you can register your complaint online with JioMart. You can do this through their online complaint form, email, or by chatting with customer service on the JioMart app.

In the complaint form, make sure to include the necessary information:

  • Name and Email/Mobile No.
  • Order ID and Shipment ID
  • Subject of complaint
  • Description of related matters (for example – stale/expired products, delay in delivery, etc.)

If you are not happy with the solution provided, take your complaint to the Customer Service Head at JioMart for further resolution.


Level 2: Customer Service Head, JioMart

If, by any chance, your submitted complaints are not resolved to your satisfaction at level 1, you can directly escalate the case to a higher authority called the Customer Service Head of JioMart.

Must provide these details within the email:

  • Ticket Number of the previous complaint
  • Order ID & Shipment ID
  • Communication details
  • Relief expected from JioMart

Send an email to the CS Head at cshead@jiomart.com with details of previously lodged complaints and the resolution you expect from JioMart.

Still, not satisfied with the final response? Escalate the disputed matter at level 3.


Level 3: Grievance Officer, JioMart

If your complaint at level 2 isn’t resolved by JioMart, escalate it to the Grievance Officer. Email the officer with the following details:

  • Your complaint ticket number,
  • Order ID,
  • Reason for dissatisfaction
  • Expected resolution with attached relevant supporting details/proof.

Not Resolved to your satisfaction with the timeframe by the Grievance Officer?

If you’re dissatisfied with JioMart’s response to your complaint, you can complain against JioMart to the National Consumer Helpline (NACH) through a toll-free number or an online complaint.

Alternatively, you can file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or opt for internal arbitration with JioMart to resolve the issue.

hoplesss staff at reliance smart bazar hendre pada , badlapur

there are 8 billing counters/computers, but all staff and manager is roaming around in store and only one boy is at billing counter, other 7 counters no one bothered i asked manager / superviser in white shirt to do billing but that hopless guy behaving as if he is deaf...

Arrogant sales staff

The staff at Smart Bazaar Raigarh who billed our items was very arrogant. We had smart points and even while billing he didnt mention anything. After billing process, when asked about points redemption, he arrogantly spoke saying you should have mentioned. Else u can complain to manager or customer care number given. We simply asked about why not adding the points he said its like that if u want we should inform them else it forget it. We were surprised how he handled the customer who was asking about points.. This was clearly captured how arrogantly spoke to us in the CCTV installed in the shop. Please address this concern

Regarding my two orders

My 1st Order No.17125873970179726A for rice paid Rs.2,328/- was ordered on 08/04/2024. Processed and shipped and Without my notice the same has been returned. Invoice No. TIU511924501181. My 2nd order No. 17127321400072836A for rice paid Rs.2,328/- ordered on 10/04/2024. Processed and shipped and Without my notice the same has been returned. Invoice No.TIU511924501247. Without my notice cancelling the orders at your end is not fair. My refund amount was not returned to me. Please refund my money immediately.

SMART BAZAAR Matunga issue in payment counters

The issue of only having 3 or 4 payment counters open at Smart Bazaar, Matunga is causing inconvenience to customers as employees are not readily available to man these counters when called upon. Smart Bazaar management is advised to take immediate and stringent action to address this matter by ensuring that all payment counters are adequately staffed and operational during business hours to provide a seamless and efficient checkout experience for customers.
