It was worst experience on OYO so far hotel is very dirty and everywhere there was dust, We paid 956 online but they have taken ₹956 in cash additional for the ugly property.
We have seen many unmarried couples coming at night check-in.
Don’t even think to stay with family. The staff was drunk and sitting at Reception, totally unprofessional staff, I guess they have hidden cameras in rooms, because they was hiding mobile and looking some cctv footage having objectionable scenes.
Oyo customer care first said we will refund full but not refunded single rupee, the property owner was telling oyo is fraud company and we don’t have any agreement with them,
This property may get police raid any time as it is only preferred for wrong things. Don’t ever think to stay with family, dirty place your life is not safe here. Don’t risk life of your kids, oyo is supporting them in their bad work. We have charged Double rent although we have not stayed here for minutes also.
I am not having time but I want to file police complaint, just I can help people by saving from such bad property
Actually, OYO should take action but I guess they are involved in activity. As they are not under control of OYO, and they said OYO is fraud company
