I (Consumer No 47856598) have booked a Bharatgas refill through your portal and did an online payment on Dec 28.
The gas delivery boy came to my home on 31 Jan 2025 and demanded for an amount of Rs 60/- as delivery charges for which I said that I will pay Rs 30/- instead of Rs 60/- . The gas delivery boy undelivered the refill and took back the gas cylinder with him. After that it made to happen to call the Bhagyasree agency office staff members viz Sreenivas , Sekhar which they never answered my calls. By facing this painful experience, I have visited Bhagyasree gas agency office in person more than 3 times and didn’t get any solution which resolves my concern.
When I check online about the status of my booked gas refill, it brought me a surprise where it is mentioned that the refill has delivered successfully.

I have been with Bharat gas from the last 16 years and had been patient these years but this time it is height for which I want to bring it to your notice.
I request you to take look on this issue to resolve at the earliest.
