I am requesting that you kindly review the bill amount for Consumer Number XXXXX2500, since it is significantly more than what we have received in the previous months. And I’m hoping that the previous bill amount isn’t added to this month. I’ve already paid my last month’s bill.

I am looking for the earliest response.
