Subject: Complaint against Croma Store, Delhi, and Samsung India
I am writing to file a complaint against Croma Store, Delhi, and Samsung India for their unfair trade practices and harassment.
I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Croma Store, Delhi, on 24th Sep 24. The machine was defective and did not work despite multiple repairs. After highlighting the issue on twitter , Croma took back the machine and provided a coupon worth Rs.17590. However, when I tried to redeem the coupon, they refused, stating that I had to redeem it within a specific timeframe.
When I purchased a new washing machine, I requested Croma to refund the coupon amount, but they refused, citing that it could only be redeemed. This is a clear violation of consumer rights.
I request the forum to take necessary action against Croma and Samsung for their unfair trade practices and harassment. I seek a refund of the coupon amount and compensation for the harassment and mental agony caused.
