Complain of owning Airtel without applying

After loading to my Airtel line with 3g Airtel data and this is the ID:3444513502 this data didn’t reflect, I called Airtel Costumer Care I was made known that I am owning Airtel which I didn’t applied for
I here by pleading of removing the Dept I didn’t know how I borrowed the Airtime that made Airtel Company to divert My 3g Airtel data I loaded to there Airtel Company’s dashboard
