my dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by Blue Dart. My shipment, which was supposed to be delivered five days ago, has still not been received.
Despite receiving daily notifications each morning stating that the delivery would be completed by the end of the day, I consistently receive messages in the evening indicating a “customer address error.” This is extremely frustrating, especially since no attempt has been made by the courier to contact me for address verification or further instructions.
Blue Dart is known for its extensive express and logistics network, covering over 220 countries and territories. However, my recent experience does not align with the high standards that Blue Dart is reputed for.
