Complaint about poor internet speed

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my name is Rohit Shinde and I reside at Manerajuri – Tasgaon Dis Sangli Maharashtra.
I am using Jio services for a long time but regret to inform you about company intentionally reduce 5G internet speed. While using long time 5G network company reduces internet speed for specific user. I have to face a lot of issues making it difficult for me to use the internet because of reduction in 5G internet speed. I requested 5 to 6 times to customer care but still issue not resolved. I request you to kindly get the issue resolved by improving the quality of services I am being offered 5G unlimited internet at Rs 899.

I expect a good response from your side at the earliest and also believe I would be hearing a positive response.
