This is to complain about Mrs. Priti Chavan, Asst. Administrative Officer, LIC Branch No. 935, LIC Colony, Borivali West, Mumbai (tel no. 022 – 67144405)
We had taken up the matter of prematurity settlement of policy No. 894492117 in the name of Sandra Rodrigues in July 2024 and since then the matter is pending with Mrs. Priti Chavan on some pretext or the other although all relevant documents were submitted to her and despite several personal meetings .
I also met the Branch Manager, Mr. Sandip Jadhav and there has been no action on this.
Sandra Rodrigues has written 3 letters to them dated 26th November, 2nd December and 16th December 2024 but there has been no response on this.
Sandra Rodrigues has also sent 2 emails dated 28th October 2024 and 28th October 2024 but there has been no response on this.
Please look into this matter at your earliest.
