**Subject:** Urgent: Delay in Installation of Airtel Black Service – Order ID: 21
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am Capt. Joseph Zachariah, a long-standing Airtel customer. On 1st September 2024, I opted for the Airtel Black service and made a payment of ₹2500/-, with the assurance that the installation of Airfiber and DTH services would be completed within 24 hours.
However, as of today, 4th September 2024, no engineer has visited for the installation. Despite multiple calls to your customer care center, I have not received any satisfactory updates.
My order ID is 21-92052171922, and the assigned engineer is Mr. Machindra Tejrao Khelwane. Unfortunately, when I tried to reach him at the provided contact number (7947489746), the number was invalid.
This delay and lack of communication from Airtel is disappointing and does not reflect well on the company’s reputation.
I request you to take immediate action on my complaint and provide me with an update regarding the installation of my Airtel Black services.
