Disconnection pending for 4 months

Hi Team, I started using Airtel filber on August, by september first week Airtel fiber completely stopped working, i logged a complaint all through september, since no engineer visited and rectify the issue, by Sept 13th requested for disconnection,
Ticket : 31-167000000795573 was raised and i payed the unbilled money as well, after paying First month bill and unbilled, still no one has come and picked up, collected the device till now from Airtel fiber disconnection team,
i visited Airtel Store in (80 Feet road office)Karur, Tamilnadu, they have confirmed in their system it clearly shows no connection exists after September 20th 2024, but still i received bill for september and also now still in Airtel Thanks App, still disconnection has not been done and may be October 2024 bill will also be generated if there is no action from Airtel team, i have had at least 20 calls to the customer team including calls to floor supervisor promising me that someone will collect the device in 48 hours, but no progress has been made. I removed Airtel fiber connection on September 13th completely and moved to a different ISP provider due to no network in my area. and marketing people just made a product that won’t have any network in my area. due to this i already have payed Onemonth and unbilled money,

Action Required: Airtel to collect modem and device,and STOP false generating bill for a service that has long stopped working in August end. cancel the last bill generated as this is not even showing up in the Local Airtel store and the store manager requested not to pay these false bills. If there is a bandwidth issue why was this installation to an area that has no support and no network. Airtel fiber number for disconnection:, not in use since September 1st week. even as today still they are generating bills.
