I ordered 4 cones and 2 cups (for INR 352) from Zomato (against Order ID: 5983099350) from the restaurant Brooklyn Creamery while they ran a promotion of buy 1 get 1 free item.
However, they have sent the expired items, stale and melted ice-cream and cones. Upon informing the same, restaurant have been behaving extremely rudely and disconnected call as well.
On top of that Zomato and the restaurant are not even willing to accept their mistakes at all.
Zomato tries to silence the case for merely cheap amount of INR 115.
I have intimate clearly to Zomato and restaurant to:
1. 4 cones and 2 scoops refund (INR 352)
2. Compensation for the destroying the event
3. Compensation for Endangering health and safety
4. Written Apology letter hand delivered. And prevention proof for not endangering safety.
