Its been 10 days i am following up regarding repair of my Samsung washing machine. Croma staff is deliberately delaying service since i asked the repair in extended warranty that i purchased with the product. Never buy it from Croma staff, they sell it just to get incentives. Pathetic and frustrating service by Croma
