Mantri builders bangalore has sold me a flat on November 4 ,2022 project name is Mantri webcity and flat number is C007 . Problem is they have not paid the tax previosly and now it is registered in my name. Either the builder has to pay the old pending tax or BBMP has to take strict act against the builder . Despite sending a email to BBMP . no action has been taken still. please take the steps immediately.
