I am a user of airtel broadband service (061831XXXXX_wifi). I connected with Airtel on 7th Apr ’24. With this date I am facing network related issue. I am not getting speed as I opted. I opted for 200Mbps. But I am only getting less than 150 Mbps (Download) speed. I raised complaints many times. But the problem is the same. Even customer care is not listening, they are only saying “Wait for 24hrs. it will resolve”. I waited too much. Every day the same problem. Today, I talked to the team leader (agent transfer to manager). He kept my phone with no answer. And disconnect after some time.
If a senior manager is like that then I think about, what I can do. I have attached the speed which I am getting. If airtel can’t provide me with the expected speed then please return my money. And I am calculating this speed when I am near the router.
