Sir, With due respect please let me know the reason of change of meter vide K No 110442017613, Lokashah Nagar, Beawar.
Meter was changed with out any prior intimation to the owner which was against the rules.
Without presence of owner meter cannot be changed or should provide us slip/ written information.
Please provide us the details of person who has done this task so that we can follow up with him/her.
