Hi Sir/Mam I’m MANIVANNAN MURUGAN(A/C Number NRE 612901151097 & NRO 611501503059) NRI CUSTOMER IN ICICI SINCE 2000 ALMOST 24 YEARS…
I OPENED MY ACCOUNT IN RAJAPALAYAM BRANCH IN TAMILNADU THEN I MOVED TO TENKASI BRANCH IN TAMILNADU…
I NEVER EVER SEE THIS IS KIND OF WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.. ACTUALLY I COULDN’T ABLE TO USE MY NRE AND NRO DEBIT CARDS IN ABROAD . ACTUALLY IM A UK CITIZEN RECENTLY I WENT TO ABUDHABI,DUBAI AND OMAN I COULDN’T ABLE TO USE MY ICICI CARD OVER THERE…EVEN I COULDN’T ABLE TO USE MY CARD IN UK TOO…(NOT ABLE TO USE IN ANY SHOPPING,NOT ABLE TO USE IN ANY ATM,NOT ABLE TO USE ONLINE SHOPPING ASWELL) REGARDING THIS I INFROM TO THE BRANCH 4 MONTHS BEFORE THEN I REMAINED PLENTY OF TIMES WITH BRANCH STAFFS …
TILL NOW NO USE THE PROBLEMS IS NOT YET SOLVED….NOT ONLY THAT THE BRANCH STAFFS NOT GIVEN PROPER SERVICE WHEN I ENTERED THE BANK TO FULLFILL MY NEEDS
THE WAY THEY GIVE THE SERVICE MAKE ME REALLY PEACE OFF.AND FEEL SHAME TO HAVING RELATIONSHIP WITH ICICI NEARLY 24 YEARS
IF I DIDN’T GET SORT OUT THIS ISSUE ILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
