Myntra Team please stop cheating customers by sending damaged products

Hi Myntra,

Already I have purchased 2 pieces of 3L prestige pressure cooker from your myntra – I liked the quality of product and purchased the 5 Lit for my home address as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom

I have ordered the prestige 5L pressure cooker(12664716721083884103) – After delivery when i open the box, The handle of the pressure cooker was broken and i have raised the complaint twice.

The myntra investigation team has simply reverted that the item has been shipped in a proper condition after quality checks and closed the reinvestigation as well. what kind of investigation is this, Ofcourse each and every item will be shipped after the proper quality check – The item may be damaged by the mishandling by shipping and delivery agents also

Also the handle of a pressure cooker is very hard plastic, No human being can break it with hand and i am not mad to break the brand-new product.

Each and every customer care executive of your myntra are accepting that no customer will accept the damaged product but at last they are telling that they can’t help on this against the myntra investigation team

if myntra is not ready to accept the exchange or return for damaged products – Please change the policy that no returns or exchanges accepted even if any damaged products are delivered

If this is not going to resolved – Will post the same in all social medias and go to consumer court as well.
