Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for IGL connection in first week of April 2024. As we were shifting to Vasundara sector 11 and also made the payment of Rs 7000 through check to IGL after few days time in same month. But even after deducting money from my account IGL team not providing connection to my home till today. After having telephonic conversation with IGL customer care they are saying that they have to check that connection of IGL is set up in your building or not. However in our society peoples have already using IGL connections and even line of IGL connection up to my house is already setup. Only meter and line upto my gas point has to be connected by IGL. I am requesting to IGL team to set the same asap as we are facing problem from 2 months even after making payment to IGL.
New connection not provided after releasing payment to IGL 2 months ago.
