Non Delivery of Consignment for more than 10 days

Consignment number K43892504 was booked on the 14th and reached Panaji on the 18th. Despite this, it has been unnecessarily delayed at the Panaji branch without any notification or update regarding its delivery to Ponda. As this consignment is crucial for business purposes, its delay is causing significant inconvenience.

It is deeply disappointing to see such a lack of urgency and responsibility from the branch executives. Additionally, multiple attempts to contact Customer Care have yielded no satisfactory resolution or acknowledgement of the issue.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by DTDC, a company that claims to be a premium courier service provider.
