Not very satisfactory Servicers

we sent some important document via express delivery because it has to be delivered on the same date but as i was tracking it via DTDC approved website (there own website) it was showing that the parcel has reached it destination on the same date but they didn’t deliver it, even the customer care employees didn’t help, every time i contacted them they put my call on hold and then disconnected the call, so if anyone is reading this review i recommend don’t waste your money on the express delivery
