When asked to transfer the call to senior support simply rejected the call. Such a shame Tata Cliq. It doesn’t matter that you lose one customer, but it surely matters if the majority of customers you lose because of these false commitments to customers. Such a shame. Myntra, Flipkart, and Amazon are far better than you, they know how to keep commitments with the customers.
