I am on the 2nd floor. Pipe line fitted in the building on 20-11-23 and by mistake drop-down of the pipe left at opposite side of my cooking place for connection.
Requested many times to call centre, customer care, incharge customer care & nodal officer but still the connection has not been provided.
Engr reported to my house told me to shift the position of my cooking place to opposite direction and to shift the almirah fitted on the wall but they do not want to shift the position of their drop-down pipeline. They refused to provide the connection.
Kindly do the needful
