I purchased Progressive lenses spectacles; the frame was so poor quality it was broken from the hinge while removing the spectales from my eyes. They did not accept that the frame was of poor quality. Also, to my surprise, They were not able to transfer the lenses to a new frame (on a chargeable basis), which otherwise any local shop would have done easily.
