The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is s statutory authority of the government of India. Register an Online Complaint
The grievance redressal mechanism has been set up by UIDAI to resolve issues in the services of Aadhaar cards. The problems can be queried, Aadhaar enrolment, updating, and correction in personal details, and other services.

Steps to File Online Complaint:

- Or you may visit the CPGRAMS link to file an online grievance.
- Enter the personal details (Enrolment ID and Time from the acknowledgment receipt).
- Select the type of complaint and write your concern.
- After filling out other details, submit the complaint form.
- Don’t forget to note down the reference number to track the status.
