I write in expressing my dissatisfaction on the after sales service rendered to us after complaining innumerable times for a led tv received with a faulty panel. We had purchased the Croma brand tv – smart led 43 inch about 8 to 9 months ago.
since the past few days the led has been distorted and the repairer informed us that the panel was faulty.
we requested to replace the old tv with a new piece since it was within warranty but Croma is unwilling to do it.
I myself am a TATA employee and did not expect this type of a service from the same parent company. i therefore urge you to send us a new tv at the erliest as a replacement.
