My reservation is for a flight from Kolhapur to Tirupati on June 16, set to depart on June 16. The booking date is May 14.
On May 31, after a partial cancellation on May 15, I received the WhatsApp message below on my phone.

Dear Nitin,

Your KLH-TIR flight (ID: NF27O4DCL9QRBM1H1518) for 1 traveller(s) has been partially cancelled on 15 May 2024. We have initiated a refund of Rs 3899 for the same. The amount will be refunded to the payment mode you opted for while cancelling the ticket.

However, we have never received this amount as of yet.
