On 4.08.2024 I paid via my G/pay to one merchant name; GOPAL BHANDER by using his contact name, two sums of 2565/- and 30/-; TXN IDs are UPI/DR/421734986963/GOPAL BH/YESB/paytmqr281/UPI- and UPI/DR/421735235498/GOPALBH/YESB/paytmqr281/UPI- respectively. These amounts were duly debited to my S/B A/c No.XXXXXX5922 IFSC NO.SBI0001612 on 4.08.2024 itself . Since the merchant GOPAL BHANDER did not receive these two amounts , I paid them the said amounts separately. As these amounts i.e. 2365/- & 30/- are lying parked in YES BANK as would be evident from the relative TXN ID Nos. and I am out of pocket since 4.08.2024, I would earnestly request your goodself to kindly investigate into the matter and arrange to credit back these amounts to my aforesaid S/B A/c immediately, under advice to me.
