Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 scooter from the authorized Shelar TVS Showroom in Swargate, Pune, in April 2024. Over the past 7-8 months, I have been experiencing recurring tire punctures, despite regularly checking and maintaining air pressure.
My expenses related to these tire issues have reached approximately ₹5,000. I have raised this concern with the Shelar showroom, but they have not provided any assistance. I also contacted the TVS customer care number, but unfortunately, no solution has been offered.
I kindly request a replacement for the scooter , along with reimbursement for the expenses incurred to date. If this issue is not resolved, I will be compelled to file a complaint on the consumer care website.
I hope u will understand my seriousness for this matter.
