We purchased an electric scooty TVS IQUBE S- mercury Grey in the name of Durga Bhavani on 12 th April. We are facing major problems with the scooter. Scooty got stopped after 20 kilometres even after giving full throttle. We went near service centre to complain about the problem. They have solved the problem and given back. Again we have faced panel sounds and panel gaps for this brand new scooty. On 6 th May, at 10 'o' clock am, we again visited the showroom and gave complaint about the problem, they have done minor changes by sticking two sided tape between the pannels. May be in future I may get many issues with this scooty. So I need a permanent solution or else replace my scooty.
