Mr. Alam’s EPF account number is MPGWL00253750000000001. Unfortunately, due to an error, two UAN have been generated for his account.

2. 1012 1918 5439 2nd (It is wrong)
Upon careful examination, it has come to our notice that the second UAN No.101219185439 was generated erroneously. We kindly request your assistance in cancelling this incorrect UAN number at your earliest convenience.
We understand the importance of accurate records in the EPF system and wish to rectify this discrepancy promptly to ensure that Mr. Alam’s EPF account is maintained accurately.
Enclosed with this letter are relevant documents and details pertaining to Mr. Alam’s EPF account for your reference and verification.
We would appreciate it if you could initiate the cancellation process for the incorrect UAN No.1012 1918 5439 and provide us with confirmation once the cancellation has been successfully processed.
